      Quality office furniture products are manufactured generally on last minute production methods. So although there are tens of thousands of standard products out there they are not just lying around waiting to be adopted. They are stocked in component form and upon order the process begins to produce a finished item resulting in a lead time of anything from 3 to 8 weeks. At Avant contracts we have a large warehouse facility at your disposal enabling you to order items and stock them in our secure warehouse facility and ultimately ensuring a delivery period counted in days not weeks.
      Problems with manufacturing and damage on transport or installation do occur but don’t worry we have it covered. We always complete a snagging list upon completion of an installation and have in place method procedures to establish where an issue has occurred and how best to resolve as quickly as possible. Our terms of trade are always available so just let us know if you need a copy.
      The Avant Contracts facility allows us to stock both seating and desking trial items so we are always in a position to have these delivered and professionally installed at your site for approval. In addition should you need specific styles, specifications to meet your brief we can arrange for the appropriate manufacturer to produce these at a chargeable cost but 100% refundable against the order placed.
      At Avant Contracts we always quote a full delivery and installation price. This will include the construction of any part built product and the positioning of all furniture. Before we leave we will ensure the area is clear and all packaging is removed and disposed of.
      We are able to supply an array of products on shorter lead times in standard stock finishes. All products are available on standard lead times in a vast selection of finishes and colours giving maximum choice.
